3. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Reports Hub platform.
  • To send transactional emails (password resets, report delivery confirmations).
  • To process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) on servers located in Australia and the United States. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following sub-processors:

  • Supabase — cloud database and authentication
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Brevo — transactional email delivery

Each processor is bound by their own privacy policies and applicable data protection laws.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We also use analytics cookies to understand how the application is used. You can control cookie preferences in your browser settings. See our Cookie Policy for details.
