Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Reports Hub (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Reports Hub only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store or transmit illegal content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the platform.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Reports Hub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.

5. Free Trial

New paid plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the Free plan. For paid plans, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel during the trial at no cost.

6. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload to Reports Hub (photos, reports, client data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and process it solely to provide the Service to you. We will never use your inspection data for marketing or share it with third parties without your consent.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. Reports Hub is provided as a Progressive Web App with offline capabilities; however, cloud sync features require an internet connection.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Reports Hub Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including any consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded by contract.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
